리미티드는 변리사들이 주축이 되어 만든 스타트업입니다. 그들의 목적은 브랜드가 가진 지적재산권을 NFT를 통해 확장하고 가치를 재생산하는 일입니다. 하지만 시장은 무분별한 NFT 발행으로 인해 브랜드의 지적재산권이 침해받고 있고 이를 보호할수 있는 시행법도 마련되어 있지 않습니다. 우리는 리미티드가 이런 시장에서 브랜드와 소비자를 보호하며 연결하고 양쪽에 가치를 줄 수 있는 플랫폼이 되어야 한다고 생각하였습니다. 그리고 이에 부합하는 BI를 고민하였습니다. 그것은 등록된 트레이드마크를 상징하는 Ⓡ마크에서 시작하는 것입니다. 해당 마크는 브랜드를 법적으로 보호하는 상징적인 심볼이기도 합니다. 리미티드가 가상의 디지털 공간에서 브랜드와 소비자에게 트레이드 마크와 같은 역할을 하는 플랫폼이 되기를 바라며 작업을 진행하였습니다.

Limited is a startup founded by patent attorneys. Their purpose is to extend the brand's intellectual property rights and reproduce value through NFTs. However, in the market, the intellectual property rights of brands are being infringed due to the reckless issuance of NFTs, and the enforcement laws are not properly prepared. We felt that Limited should become a platform that connects, protects, and adds value to brands and consumers in that market. We have developed a BI that fits their mission. It starts with the Ⓡ mark symbolizing the registered trademark. The mark is also a symbol that legally protects the brand. I thought that Limited should be a Ⓡ mark in the virtual digital space.
